| Rebecca has spent 15 years in the corporate sector developing and leading teams. She is passionate about sharing her leadership knowledge to help others learn the craft of leadership and achieve beyond what they thought was possible. She brings and energy and enthusiasm with her that is infectious. With a solid background in operations, Rebecca has a good understanding of the shift work environment and the impact this has both on teams and individuals. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, agriculture, laboratory. Rebecca's sweet spot is working with emerging leaders to help them understand what leadership is and identify the strengths they can harness as they start on their leadership journey. She also works as a sounding board for established leaders who are working through a period of change or want to go deeper into the leadership journey
Rebecca is located in the coastal township of Te Awanga, where she lives with her husband and three active boys. |
